How does our price matching work? If you find an item in a competitor's printed ad that is priced lower than it is at Blue Valley Tractor & Supply store, we will match the price prior to your purchase. The competitor's ad must be local and current, and the product must be the identical item, brand name, quantity and model number.

I had a Toro electric leaf blowers that stopped working with less than a month left on the warranty. Toro sent me a letter to present to a local service dealer along with my receipt to have the equipment inspected for the warranty. The 1st dealer I called on Toro's list for zip code 66062 said he was in the process of moving and couldn't deal with it. The 2nd accepted it along with a deposit then called a week later saying they weren't qualified to work on electric Toro items, just gas. I picked it upon a Saturday with less than 2 weeks left on the warranty then emailed the 3rd dealer, Blue Valley

I give this a 3 star rating for the lack of anyone caring to see if we needed help.
We drove an hour to KCK to try and buy a riding lawnmower (with the season almost over is hard to find). We were in KC for hours looking. Having no luck we saw Blue Valley on the map and decided to drive there and check it out. We walked around outside looking and then went inside. Two men (employees) it looked like were standing talking. We walked around looking more and no one said hi or even acknowledged we were there. Didn't ask if we needed help, nothing. We left. They lost our business. We ended up finding

My mother's zero turn mower was sent to Blue Valley Tractor for annual maintenance. It had a problem with running rough under load and occasionally backfiring. After their seasonal maintenance AND $600 of additional work that they stated needed to be done immediately... Her mower still runs as poorly as it did when it went into the shop over the winter. Blue Valley Tractor picked her mower up 4 weeks ago to do additional work to solve the engine problems (That would be at an additional charge to the previous work). She still doesn't have her mower back & the service department says that they are

Went in looking for a mower with a certain one in mind, talked with Chris, who pointed me into a better mower for what I was looking for and very knowledgeable about all the mowers. I also had my two daughters with me who were less than helpful, but Chris treated me and them like they were his own, he was so nice, patient, and understanding. The girls loved, asked me when we left if they could come back and see him. Couldn't recommend going and seeing him for any of your farm equipment needs. Quick and easy and awesome customer service. Doug Smith was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He provided excellent customer service as well as a thorough walk through of the new mower. He even helped load it. A complete package containing user manuals and other documentation was provide. He followed up with a courtesy call a few days after my purchase to make sure I was happy. All in all a great experience. I heartily recommend Blue Valley Tractor!
