Elle Salon is a " state of the art" hair salon and spa located on Main Street in Reading, Massachusetts. It is the inspiration of Lisa DeLeo, an established salon owner with over 30 years of experience. Lisa has redesigned the first floor of 328 Main Street and transformed it into an upscale salon with cathedral ceilings and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows that extend across the length of the salon.
Since Lisa renovated the space from the ground up, she was able to equip the salon with a ventilation system that helps eliminate the fumes caused by today's specialized hair treatments. Elle Salon offers personalized consultations that will help create your signature look. The stylists use art principles to support their designer cuts and colors while using the newest technology to fortify the integrity of your hair.

We recommend that you pre-book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule. In consideration of our guests and stylists, we will require a 24 hour notice for any cancellations. For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the full service.
Secrets of beauty have been cherished throughout the ages. One of the oldest beautifiers known is Henna. Famous beauties such as Nefertiti and Cleopatra used Henna hair dye to enhance their hair coloring. Silent film stars Theda Bara and Clara Bow colored their hair with Henna to add to their mystery.
Japanese hair straightening is designed to give permanent pin straight hair. This revolutionary process takes approximately 3-5 hours to complete and once straightened it lasts up to about a year. A regular touch up is recommended to maintain the beautiful straight look. An Innovative technique from Korea & Japan, which creates permanent flat, pin straight hair, while at the same time, preserves the health of the hair.

I took my 81 year old mom yesterday for a perm . Kudos to Morgan and the entire staff for making her feel warm and welcomed . my mom was nervous as the last hairdresser had burned her scalp . Morgan did an awesome job. Only downside is that the lift wasn't working and it was difficult to get into the shop as my mom uses a walker. The staff went above and beyond to help get her in . Thank you!

I have been going to Elle Salon for years and Lisa Pizzi has been doing everything from hair to eyelashes even consultants me with my hair care products. She makes sure my hair is at its upmost healthiest at all times and I would never trust anyone else. Even though I only see Lise everyone else in the Salon stops and says hello with a huge smile and AWAYS asks if they can get me anything. I have NEVER had a bad experience. One day I had to go to a wedding and while at the wedding I called the salon because I had a hair emergency. They helped me through my emergency by putting Lisa on the phone

Impressive and attractive salon!. As for my stylist Alicia, Do yourself a favor and go see Her! Let her work speak for itself. I promise you will not be disappointed!!. She's super talented, friendly, has great energy and she can do anything you want done to your hair. She is the Only person I trust with my hair :).

After trying and erring for about 11 Salons, I have finalized my regular salon as this. Best one I've found in the neighborhood thus far. Staff is utterly professional. Place is very clean and gives you an upscale feel. Prices are reasonable. Look for hair stylist Alycia. She is very skilled and extremely pretty. I have had a great experience.

Love love love this salon. I've never felt so pampered at a salon before. I was greeted by Sharon at the front desk, who took my coat and offered water and wine (yes please!!). The owner Lisa was super sweet and always making sure I was being well taken care of. Which of course, I was. Alicia was the stylist that colored and cut my hair. I was so comfortable with her, she was awesome. I loved my hair and the best shampoo ever!! Can't wait to go back to get my hair done again!!
