Usually i don’t give a bad reviews but this time i can’t be quiet.
Almost one and a half month ohh yes….one and a half month to get my motorcycle back for basic annual service and 2 recalls which never happened.
I called every time to see the time frame for estimate pick up time and i spoke with a few different people even the (service manager which i still waiting his call back)all people said the same think that we waiting for the parts…next call the parts are here but let me talk with technician…then we waiting for the parts again…then I’ll ask the technician again and call you

Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership! Gold Coast treated me not only like a customer but as a friend. They didn’t treat me any differently because I’m young and potentially would waste their time. Everyone there was very helpful and made the purchase of my 2021 Bmw s1000rr stress free! I’ve gone back to just hang out at this point, it’s such a good environment full of caring people. They have a large inventory of bikes and gear, you wouldn’t want to miss out! Great experience. Great staff and the manager was great. Made me feel very welcome and took care of all of my needs. Got my first bike here scrambler caferacer. I went for an inspection and a quote on a clutch fluid change and Mike Rogers was awesome. Super knowledgeable, friendly and got me in and out when expected. I love these guys! I recently purchased a Ducati Supersport from Gold Coast and my experience could not be better.
I visited the dealership several times before purchasing and spoke to Mark in Sales, Ricky the foreman in the shop area, and Joel in Parts. Each time I visited they all were more than helpful and answered every single question of which I had many, and ridiculously I asked some the same questions repeatedly.
The Sales process with Mark was completely transparent. I am also vertically challenged and between Ricky and Mo they made it work!

Could not have had a better experience. I’ve shopped at many dealerships before and this is hands down the best. I came from NJ to find an S1000RR. Shehan assisted me, he was very knowledgeable about motorcycles in general but specifically this one because he rides one himself! I never felt pressured to make a purchase like at most dealerships, instead he laid out all possible options for me and allowed me to make my own decision on a bike. I came in at around 5, they normally close at 6. I wanted to take the bike home same day but setting up the motorcycle would take longer than an hour. Not

As soon as you walk in your amazed at all the beautiful bikes, The staff was awesome Shehan who sold me the bike was cool as can be the finance Department was short and sweet not like buying a car. I made a mistake and over paid one hundred dollars and she was honest enough to return it . The parts department was great don't know how they work in there it was so hot they help me with accessories for my bike showed me how the bike would look with parts on or off so I can pick the one's I like.
