Cannot say enough about Kenny and the staff at Mineola Moto. I'm in sales and it's hard to impress me. I hate the whole high pressure sales pitches. I worked exclusively with Kenny from start to finish. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Because of the high demand, there was a wait for the bike I wanted. I did not end up buying a bike from Kenny because timing wasn’t right. But I will not go anywhere else moving forward. Kenny was honest with me upfront about issues with the supply chain for the bikes. When the time came and the bike was not going to be delivered on time, he called me and said just that. Refunded my deposit wished me the best and that was that.

Best experience getting a new bike! Jim was able to get me in for a test ride around my crazy schedule and was lucky enough that the chief I wanted was just sitting there on showroom floor waiting for me.
The whole process from financing to picking up my new baby along with getting my first service scheduled was a breeze.

These guys are great here. I been looking for the right bike for me for 2 years. They were patient with me. I can't say enough on how great this place is. I recently bought a 2020 Ryker Rally from here and it was a wonderful experience. Jim (from Sales) was very patient with me and not once put any pressure on me to buy.
I was very indecisive on some modifications, yet not once did Jim and the staff seemed annoyed or in a rush. They took me seriously and tried to accommodate me, as much as possible.

This is not about a motorcycle purchase or repair. This is about something that I don't see anymore. I was parked in the Chaminade parking lot across the street with my son, when I couldn't start my car. I went across the street into their store and asked if they could help. So they came out with a battery pack got my car started. When I asked him what do I owe you he said nothing that's ok. I asked again he said it's ok. I asked about giving him something to the person who worked there. Again no it's ok.we don't see enough of people doing nice things for strangers

Outstanding service - Luis particularly in sales has always been helpful, even without buying a motorcycle from him! Testrides are encouraged and that is definitely something in NYC you can't find!
Amazing inventory in bikes and a nice boutique for riding gear.
The after-sales is good too, but the price of the mechanic/hour is a bit high (works diligently though!)

Recently bought another Indian motorcycle from them. Had purchased a different Indian from them years ago. Have purchased a ton of gear and accessories, and even sold a bike thru them. They're tough, but fair on any price negotiation. Service has always been on-time, and done in a professional manner. One of my best buds, at my suggestion, gave them an opportunity, & traded in his Harley Fat Boy Lo, for an Indian Scout. He has been happy with the shop as well. Very nice family business. I love stopping by there, periodically, just to say hello!

Great Business, I've been going there for a few years now, I had a Yamaha RS venture that I use to get serviced there, the service was always great and the staff are the best, I bought a use Goldwing from them and I'm very happy with it, I still go there to get parts and gear from them, Luis is a great salesman and a great guy, Phil and Kenny are the best also,, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a motorcycle !!!

I purchased my Polaris Slingshot from this dealer 2+ years ago. I have received my share of recalls and was going to take a trip so I contacted them to have all these issues addressed. I asked to have an oil service and inspection performed as well.
3 weeks went by and I received an email from the manager/owner Kenny asking why I haven't picked up the unit? Well, no one ever called me? Turned out they were calling the wrong number, what took them 3 weeks to contact me by other means? I will never know.
I went to the dealer to retrieve the unit, paid my bill for some additional work

They are great, but be warned, they get BUSY. I've been to a few Indian dealerships out west, and at most they've got five or six bikes to fix up at a time. This place looks like they had a good two or three dozen motorcycles they were working on. Indian really needs another dealership in the area, perhaps in Queens.
They fixed my bike back up and were super courteous. Good stuff.

These guys take care of you here. I purchased a bike here in August 2016 and they've always helped me when I had a problem with the bike and got me the service I needed in a timely manner. The selection is great, from all Japanese makes to a great selection of Indian models and used bikes too. If you're in the market for a new or used bike, go speak with Luis or Phil and tell them Dana sent you. This is a great family owned business and they treat their customers the right way which is why I visit often just to even say hi. Great experience overall.
