Although my mom's stay was short, I knew from the beginning that the staff were very caring, hardworking and accommodating. Many of the staff that I met have been at Grancare for a long tenure and love their residents as if they are family. Although the facility is older everything was well kept and clean.

They leave people in the bathroom for 45 minutes waiting for an attendant or they don’t

She was not bathed properly, and the call button was often out of reach (my grandma could not leave her bed, so this is a life threatening issue in itself). A family member walked in to find my grandma screaming
