The wedding cake should be a showstopping centerpiece that reflects the bridal couple's wedding style. Whether you are a traditional or modern couple we can design a cake that fits you. We can create a cake that will make any special occasion memorable, such as birthdays, quinceaneras, showers, anniversaries, grooms cakes and more.
Each wedding and specialty cake is individually designed so prices vary depending on the number of guests and the design of the cake. Prices begin at $5 per serving. There may be additional charges for complex designs, fondant, or gum paste decorations. Cupcakes begin at $3.5 each (filling included).
Selecting a wedding cake used to be a relatively easy affair because there was generally only a few choices of design, flavor and filling. That has changed as wedding cakes have become more refined. Today there are a lot of choices in flavors and fillings. We offer free tastings in our Boise bakery to help you find what suits you best for your wedding cake.
The wedding cake is going to be the center of attention at the reception (besides the bride and groom of course) so it needs to be displayed properly. The wedding cake is displayed from the start of the wedding reception and cut towards the end, so will be on display for a considerable length of time.

Our wedding cake was beautiful. We went in to taste flavors (all delicious btw), however we didn’t have a vision for what we wanted our cake to look like at that time. Greg Marsh ran with it and it turned out simple and elegant. Everything we hoped for. Staff were very accommodating and very responsive. Thank you!

My entire family traveled from all over the country for my mothers 80th birthday celebration tonight at Coynes. I ordered a cake a month ago from Greg Marsh cakes, received the order confirmation as one would expect. We go to pick up the cake just now and apparently they "forgot" to make it, were unable to offer an explanation, and were not helpful whatsoever. I would have expected them to make one today since the celebration is later tonight, and I asked them to do this several times, including Greg himself, but they refused and told us to try other cake shops in the area to see if they could

Hands down the best cake I’ve ever had in my life. We had Greg do our wedding cake and it was amazing. The cake part is perfection and the icing melts in your mouth. My husband surprised me with his cake for my birthday a couple days ago and it was heaven. I will ALWAYS order my cakes through these guys. Thank you so much!!! ❤️

I purchased one of Greg Marsh "Dime A Dozen" cakes for a birthday party back in May. They really should start calling them "One in A Million" cakes because they are anything but ordinary. They are absolutely delicious! AND I have been to several other events this year where Greg Marsh cakes were served and they always taste incredible. I cannot recommend this business enough.

From the moment we first met Greg, on through our email correspondence with Kortnie and wedding day itself, there was no doubt in our minds that we had found the perfect baker for our wedding cake. He was able to create exactly what we had envisioned, only better! We could not have been any happier with the end result. It was a stunning creation and oh- so delicious!
