You can see and taste the difference in our menus that are fresh, healthy and creative. Our focus is using traditional and modern techniques to prepare dishes unique to Colorado. We enjoy using Colorado meats, produce, cheese and our favorite--Colorado chilies!

Arturo and Tiffany are both 4th generation natives to Colorado. Tiffany's background is in hospitality management and has opened and managed restaurants along the front range.

Our experienced staff is here to assist you in the planning process of your event. We have experience coordinating weddings, birthdays, fundraising events, corporate parties, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, holiday events and more. We have several in-house items available for your events, from platters to plates to chafing dishes.

I cannot begin to say enough good words about Organic Roots Catering. They were so easy to communicate with, were incredibly flexible, and made the best food we could have ever hoped for. They worked with us to make a menu for our wedding that was vegetarian friendly, and made the best sweet potato sliders that I have ever had. Day of, they were extremely professional, and got everything set up in a time crunch. Their food was amazing, and the service that they provided was beyond words. I would highly recommend their services to anyone planning a wedding.

We loved working with Tiffany and her team for our small farm wedding. She helped us create a delicious Paleo-friendly menu using organic, local ingredients. Her team pulled off a beautiful farm-to-table dinner experience for our guests that we will fondly remember. Everything was perfect, the food, the service and the gourmet s'mores buffet with an open campfire to roast the marshmallows was really fun for everyone. Highly recommend this caterer!

We used Organic Roots to cater our wedding reception in our home for 30 guests. The planning and setup was a breeze due to their level of experience and constant, quick communication. Tiffany and Arturo helped layout the flow of the event in our home prior to the event to ensure everything ran smoothly the day of.
On top of all the logistics going great, the FOOD was fantastic. All of guests were raving about how delicious the appetizers and entrées were. In addition to that, their on-site staff was friendly and did a great job setting up/tearing down and tending to our guests.

We were looking for Colorado and fall inspired food that was fresh and gluten free. It was not easy finding a caterer during this very busy wedding season. Many caterers were unresponsive. Many caterers weren’t giving us descriptive gluten free options. Organic Roots really delivered. They were prompt and responsive to our inquiries and provided a proposal quickly. They were very flexible and accommodating to our requests for Colorado and fall inspired dishes and ingredients. Moreover, they were priced very well. We received other proposals that were far more expensive for lesser quality ingredients

Through every step of the process, the Organic Roots team was informative, patient, and kind. Even when we were making small tweaks to the menu and adjusting our guest count, they were understanding and professional. Everyone at our event said how amazing the food was too!
