This company is amazing. They get back to you immediately and very price competitive and professional and courteous. Rip off and awful customer service.
wish I could give them negative stars. We needed tempered glass inset for our front door. They over charged us ( $300 over) ordered the wrong design, and wanted to charge us to fix the order and additional $150, which clearly was their mistake!!!!
Ended up going to Andy's Glass and Window and got the exact same glass for $36.
Do yourself favor, check Andy's Glass and Window in Murrieta and compare prices before buying.

Had no idea what they were doing. I needed a gasket for my shower door frame to hold in glass.took my old one in and for $45 they sold me something similar saying it would work. Didn't work at all. Refunded me the money for gasket even though they were mad I cut it. Told me to bring the shower door in and they could do it for me. So I did.
Took my shower door in and they said no problem. Some man grabbed it and took it in back and said it was fixed and I needed to leave t there for a day to dry. He also mentioned he didn't actually work there but knew them. Thought hat was odd. Charged

I have been to a few window tinting places in my years and this one is top notch! Sammy took care of my car today and my Husband's car yesterday. Very professional and knew what he was doing. He even laughed at my lame jokes. Frank was just as professional and courteous. I highly recommend this place. Bring a book. They do things right so you will be here awhile!

I ordered to replace from patio door to sliding door on Aug/ 2017.
It was badly done.
After long argument, they finally came back to re-install it.
On Mar/26/ 2018, I had electric short.
It was his screw damaged the electric wire and it took time to wear all the way through.
After long argument, finally Contractor came back (Apr/11/2018) but he did not offer to remove wood piece that he installed and check the wire.
He just replaced long screw to short screw and said I can turn the power back on.
After few days, the electrician they hired said there is no fire hazard to leave the wire in the

We had our shower and tub refinished and we used Temecula glass to install new shower doors. We couldn't be happier with the service and product. Amber, in the front office, was so easy to work with and she was always ready to answer our questions. To top it off, Temecula glass had the most competitive pricing!

We recently had Temecula Glass install frameless glass in our bathroom shower remodel. Amber on the front end handled all the communications (email & phone) during the quote and install process. The install was completed within the quoted time frame. We used the 10mm (3/8") glass and are very pleased with quality of the materials and workmanship of the installers.
