This guy Larry is a piece of s#%t. After agreeing on everything he came with his team around early May (totally unprofessional.. not even wearing masks or gloves or any protective equipment during the height of corona virus)..

Could not install the Showe enclosures because he ordered the wrong hinges.. then it took him more than a week to comeback (again no masks) and finally installed the enclosure and the shower door..

Send me the wrong invoice with more money than we agreed upon and did not write the warranty terms.. I refused to pay his 50% balance until I get a proper invoice with proper

After weeks with no response I feel obligated to share my experience. I initially contacted for a quote on July 15th. I immediately send a picture of table that needed replacement and was told I would receive a quote shortly. It is now July 30th and after multiple calls with no answer and no response. I consider this to be absolutely terrible customer service.

They are so helpful! I brought in a mill guard window that was broken and they ordered it for me and explained how to install it. They could have tried to upswell the install but we're just helpful and gave me the step by step. Will definitely use them again.

I called two weeks ago to get a quote on installing a new shower door, and I was told they were busy but the owner would call me to make an appointment. I had already visited their business and selected the type of product that I wanted, so this was a clear opportunity for them to earn my business, but I never got a call from anyone.

I don't get how small businesses sometimes ignore new customers because they are busy. A loyal clientele and referrals are what keep you afloat during tough times...

SC Glass was recommended to us by a contractor friend and also by a neighbor whom had just had work done at her house by SC Glass. I stopped in right before lunch about 3 weeks ago and was not rushed out even though I got there a few minutes before they normally close for lunch. My questions were answered and I was told that Larry would come out to the house to take measurements early the next week. He did, as scheduled. It took a few days, but once we got the estimate (there were some emailing issues which still remain a mystery) we accepted it (fairly priced) and then asked if there was

I went in to get a price and was treated like I was interupting the day for them. Knowing how busy things get for small business', I overlooked their rudeness. I went ahead and made an appointment for an estimate. No one showed up and no phone call. Not good, not good at all.

I had done business with San Clemente Glass for years repairing most of the windows in my house. I had an estimate for more repairs but they couldn't find a hinge that they had replaced previously. I called to check on this after months (they couldn't find anything about the estimate) and didn't hear back again so I called. I told "Larry?" they needed a better system and he told me he didn't need to be told what he needed. He asked his assistant and she said he had the paperwork on his desk so I told him I was a customer and would provide any feedback. He said "
