My wife arranged to be picked up at 4:30 AM to catch a flight to JFK. At 4:45 AM when the driver had not arrived she called them. When she got in touch with the driver he stumbled over his words and then said, "I got a flat tire, I'll be there in a little bit". When she asked what's a little bit, he responds, I think maybe 20 or 25 minutes or so (I'm guessing that he actually overslept). Needless to say my wife canceled and I drove her to JFK and as a result I had to go to work late. Since when doesn't a car service contact their customer when they are late? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A HORROR SHOW!
Do not book this company unless you want to screw over your worst enemy. Despite email and telephone confirmations the day before, the driver showed up 45 minutes late and we had to wake him up. We almost missed our flight because this company is completely unreliable and incompetent. They never provided the booster seat we reserved and had written confirmation for within our receipt. If zero stars was an option, I would give that as my review.

This company left my mom stranded after she was traveling for 24 hours. After they did not show up, she called them and said “oh the driver attempted to call you”. And? If the driver couldn’t make it were they going to bother sending a replacement driver?
The answer was no, they never called her back never left a voice mail, just completely abandoned her at the airport. Completely unprofessional. Don’t ever use this service if unless you want to have to completely guess if you’re going to be picked up.

I called two weeks early for the car service to pick up my family of 6 with 5 bags of luggage. The drive would be from Holtsville to Islip airport (8 minute ride) They assured me that a car would be there after I called them back and asked for an email confirmation. The man actually laughed when I called for the confirmation once again assuring me pick up. Well the day of pick-up I called twice and sent a text as instructed and after waiting 35 minutes I had to arrange other means of transportation. The man over the phone was unapologetic and basically hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional!!

Made reservation over the phone for car service between Montauk and Laguardia. Confirmed details 5 days in advance. Driver never showed and when I called dispatch they said they had no record of my reservation. Unprofessional, unreliable and unhelpful. We would have missed our flight if it weren't for a local taxi company who did us a favor and drove us to LGA on last minute notice.
