SCAM ALERT!! Do not use!! I booked a reservation with them in October and tried to cancel due to COVID. They charged me full amount at time of booking, which didn’t bother me because Of their cancellation policy. They only will give me a credit with them (even though their policy says 72 hours). Emailed multiple times and called, no responses. Will be reporting to Visa.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS! we pre paid and they stood us up. The dispatcher Alex even called to confirm the driver was there and then just took someone else. I’ve never come across such a dishonest and unreliable company. Check out other reviews on TripAdvisor. They clearly do this often. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY. CROOKS!

Used for three trips but cancelled last reservation. Plus side - on time, good fares, nice vehicles, car seats available. Downside, refused to pick up prior to 6am for a 7:20am flight, tried to place other customers in a van with us when we had reserved a private trip and then made no apologies, drove off on multiple occasions before we had our kids secured in their car seats and seemed more worried about getting to the next pickup than with safety. Car seats were gross and very poor quality and install. Good for a group of young, flexible travelers. People with strict travel plans or families

Went round trip from Jupiter to MIA - guys were right on time. More importantly, on the return drop off I left my phone/wallet in the van. They drove from Miami to pick it up in Fort Lauderdale and drop it off at my doorstep in Jupiter without any cash missing! Great integrity! Would definitely use them again.
