My dad recommended David he has 20 years experience in family law. My license has got suspended because of unpaid child support during the pandemic he was able to get my license back!! I've been paying a substantial amount of child support for 10 years of $250 David was able to get my child support reducted to $105!!! Very responsive to my calls even when I call the day before on a Sunday he was able to tell me my court date was that following Monday

He has time to reply to reviews but no time to call back, text or even email. Doesn’t communicate what’s going on, doesn’t file paperwork on time, wont even speak to you until the day of the court! He bows and acts like a scared little girl towards the other attorney.He doesn’t care to have your best interest in mind he just shows up just to be there and agrees with whatever the other lawyer says.
Stay away from this man. He won’t do you any good.

Worst Attorney you can get. Never returns phone calls or emails. Still hasn't completed my simple divorce in 4yrs. In the process of filing a complaint with the disciplinary commission as of this date. If you can get a hold of him generally by going into his office unannounced will promise that your case will be a priority. Never give this guy a dime until he's done with your case as soon as you do you can't get him to do anything. I know I paid him upfront and was ghosted almost immediately.
Update: Attorney Phillips completely abandoned me and I had to hired another attorney to finish the job

Do not use this lawyer. He will not return phone calls. Has a hard time keeping track of your case. Drops the ball at the client’s expense. Has excuses for everything. My personal favorite, when I requested my file to be sent to me, I received someone else’s files. Complete with tax returns, pay stubs, etc.

I hired David to handle my child custody case, and all he did was take my money. He did nothing for me, my son is being abused my ex-husband and he is not fighting on my behalf; I've missed two holidays and two of my son birthdays and David does nothing but tell me that he's trying! what does that mean? He hasn't return any of my text messaged or phone calls, he is a bad attorney!!! Please don't give your money to this guy because he is having his own issues because I saw that he was sleeping at his office on a few occasion... Bad Bad Bad Attorney!!!
