With the exception of taking a year off to umpire minor league baseball, he has been actively working in HVAC for 27 years. This company was highly recommended by the general manager of our 170-unit apartment complex. Over the last five years, three of their technicians have come to our apartment to repair our central air conditioning system. They were all excellent. Given the configuration, there is not a lot of space in which to repair the A/C components. Nevertheless, they've managed to do it. They're conscientious, creative problem solvers.

They are quick to respond but kept adding charges to my quote and changing stories each time I talked to them. Then they made it sound I was one making things up. After me deciding not to use them on the principal of them jacking up the price over $200 of what I originally quoted (and paying a $310 Service call fee) I decided to go elsewhere. I had my unit repaired for under $500. Diversified quoted me $1088 (on top of the $310 Service fee). Chalk it up to experience. I will be more vigilant in the future and NOT go with the company that can get to me the quickest!
