Our family was extremely appreciative of the professional, knowledgeable, and very compassionate services that Louis and Melissa provided. I do not usually post Google Reviews, but they went above and beyond to tend to each detail of this difficult process with care, compassion and diplomacy. I highly recommend their services.

Director and founder of Oyster Bay Funeral Home, Louie Pillari, and his staff could not have been more professional, empathetic, and understanding during our recent work with them. They made our entire family feel at peace with his friendly yet focused efforts. We recommend the Oyster Bay Funeral home with enthusiasm and confidence. He was our friend and our emotional guide. Wonderful job and wonderful person.

The Oyster Bay Funeral Home could not have done a better job with my father's service, they were extremely considerate, compassionate and went beyond meeting our needs. It was obviously a very difficult time and for a number of reasons, we needed to have the funeral very quickly. They responded immediately and we incredibly gracious throughout the entire process. I could not recommend them more as they are by far the best funeral service on Long Island.

There are no words to say other then compassionate, professional, and ultimately Amazing... As someone who has worked in the funeral business and prepared, with many funeral directors, dozens and dozens of wakes and funerals, Oyster Bay Funeral Home and Melissa superseded any and all expectations I had. Melissa and her entire staff made this tragic and horrible time in our lives a shred easier which meant the world. Thank you again!!!

I am so thankful that Louis was able to handle my father‘s funeral arrangements. That he is a licensed Florida funeral director and is able to conduct services in Florida is amazing. He was able to get everything lined up in a short period of time so that all of my family members could attend. Everything was taken care of for my family in a thoughtful caring way. I will recommend Oyster Bay Funeral Home to anyone in need.

Oyster Bay Funeral Home has been an amazing comfort to help make all the arrangements for the services of three my wife's family members over the last few years. Each and every time, they were everything you could want in the time of grief. Comforting, helpful and very professional. Melissa was always great and even said the prayers for one service. Very safe for two different services during the past year. I can't thank them enough, so the least we can do is encourage others to use their services. Thank you.

Lou Pillari of Oyster Bay Funeral Home is our first call when a loved one passes. So naturally after my Godmother passed who had suffered for weeks and it took a toll on her, it broke our hearts to see her like that but we knew Lou would take loving care of her and make her look beautiful. Boy did he go over and beyond as he always does! A friend said “ she looks like she did 20 years ago” she was right. Lou is a class act and we truly believe he has a gift from God. You can tell he has a calling, clearly it is not just a job! He and his amazing staff take care of everything from that first

Lou Pillari and his entire staff at Oyster Bay Funeral go above and beyond. They are present and on top of everything from the first phone call to after the burial. Unfortunately I have been to many services I have never seen a funeral director be so hands on. The last funeral I attended on the island the funeral director was outside smoking during the funeral mass. No one knew when to sit and stand. I thought of Lou and how way above the rest he truly is. Lou is with the family the entire time, attends the mass sitting across from the family, the family does what he does, not only does he assist
