Funeral Director Anthony Viola recently assisted our family. He gave us great comfort in a time of stress, by taking care of all the details so we could focus our thoughts on our loved one. His professionalism and empathetic demeanor made this difficult time less so, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have had his assistance. In addition, the rooms are tastefully furnished with a tranquil atmosphere, and parking is spacious.

I'd just like to express our utmost gratitude not only for the services but everything from start to finish including the following weeks when documents were needed. The compassion the staff showed when dealing with our family in such difficult circumstances was such a comfort. Anthony was more than a pleasure to work with. We were all treated like family. During the precession to the cemetery, we drove past Grandpas home and Anthony got out of the hurst , sprinkles rose petals leading to the front door and then placed a rose on the doorstep. AL Jacobsen Funeral has made everything smooth for my sisters and I. I worked with Chris and he is phenomenal he is very kind and compassionate. I did some shopping before my mother passed from cancer, Chris was very thorough and nice that there was no way I was going to go to another funeral home. We weren’t prepared the night my wife, Debbie, died and called A.L. Jacobsen at 4am based on excellent reviews. Anthony returned our call, explained their services and gave me a price range (they were the only Funeral Home with a price list). In tragedy, finding A.L. Jacobsen was to prove the best choice that we could have made.
We met with Chris later that morning and he took as much time as our family required to answer our questions and address our needs. He guided us in the preparations for my wife’s viewing.

We recenty had my father's services at Jacobsen's and everyone was truly wonderful. The facility itself is very clean and fairly modern. I cannot express how much it meant to have Chris there to walk me through everything that would happen from the moment they arrived at my home until after my father's cremation. I had no idea what to expect and it was comforting to have someone guide me through the process. I think it's important to add that my father had been sick for a long time but he looked WONDERFUL at his viewing, as he did when he was healthy. I didn't realize how soothing that would be

Not really the kind of place I want to review, but after we lost my little sister, we entrusted Jacobson's with her final arrangements. Full of unimaginable grief, my family met with Chris. He was great. He made one of the most painful times in our lives, a touch less painful. I can't even begin to explain the care they put into my sister's service. Every crazy little request we asked was taken care of. The little things really made a big deal. This was over 4 years ago, and I'm still touched with the compassion that this business has.

Chris and the entire staff at Jacobsen were extremely kind and caring at a time that was very sad and stressful for me and my entire family. Chris really listened as we told him about my Mom’s personality and what her final wishes were and carried them out beautifully, never imposing his ideas or giving us something we didn’t want. He worked hard to ensure that our vision of my Mother’s final send off was just the way we envisioned it. Everything was done respectfully, with great attention to detail. They exceeded my expectations in every area. I highly recommend them.

Chris and his staff were caring, professional, transparent, and efficient with the whole process of burying my husband. I chose them because they were the best price, sensitive and respectful of my needs, centrally located, well maintained and manicured property, expansive and fenced parking.
