My dry cleaners went out of business and instead of calling me, the sent my clothes to this cleaners to.pick up. Not only did they safely return my clothes. but they rescued a bundle.of clothing with my name.on it (again...the first cleaners never let me.lnow) that they were going to donate because I hadn't picked.them up yet. I waited behind a lady that just spent $62.00 in dry cleaning. She paid with a card. They charged her 3.99% extra for using a card. They told her after she said hey, you charged me the wrong amount.
I just picked up $102.00 worth of dry cleaning. Not uncommon for me. I spend about $70/wk as I wear suits and travel often. The cashier tells me I owe $3.00 even though I always pay cash at drop off. She had no explanation of the $3 charge. I just said here is $3, you keep it so you can be happy and left.
That is the last $3.00 Gill Cleaners will ever get.

Horrible manager. They ruined the buttons on my shirt and took out the spare buttons that came with my dress shirts and did not say a word until I got to notice. Gave them a second chance and they did exact same thing on three of my shirts. When I brought this to their attention, the manager then told me to pay extra to have my shirts taken care of or take them somewhere else. Imagine that. They had nicer staff at the Canton location until they closed up. Now I know better.

Do not take your clothing here unless you want it ruined. They do not take responsibility when they ruin an item. Two dress shirts were stained by their equipment during cleaning. Their employees barely speak English and have no authority to offer any level of customer service when there is an issue. Owner is the rudest human being I’ve ever spoken to. Insisted shirts were stained when brought in for cleaning (were not, the stains are in the exact same place and appear to have come from their pressing equipment). Then she wanted me to leave the shirts at a store 10 miles from my house saying

Took a dress, wool blanket, and 6 shirts to be laundered. Pre-paid for everything. When I got my credit card bill, they had not charged me the $26 dollars I had authorized, but $348. When I called to remedy the situation, I was told by a manager that there would be a check waiting for me the next day. When I went to pick it up, I had to go through everything all over again, there was no check, and they tried accusing me of doing something wrong. If you want to take your clothes here, DO NOT PAY WITH CREDIT CARD.

I was a first time customer and pre-paid $20 to have my down comforter cleaned. I came to pick it up a week later and the comforter they handed to me was dirty and not mine, plus it was missing my duvet cover. They said they’d call me when they found my comforter and cover. No one ever called. I gave them two additional weeks to find everything and when I returned, they handed me the same dirty comforter but they had found my duvet cover. The down was lumpy and clumped in the corners of the blanket and did not appear or smell clean. I asked for a refund of my $20 and the employee would not refund
