Mathews in Marion Ohio. My Hyundai Sonata died on 71 almost 2 weeks ago. It was towed to Mathews on a Friday evening and we were hit with a snow storm. Monday they had to clear snow.
We have never recieved a phone call. The only communication we have recieved is when my husband has called and someone answered the phone. He has left multiple messages with no return call.
Car needs a new engine. Less than 75,000 miles. Oil changes have been done at Mathews since I've owned the vehicle. The information from the class action lawsuits says I should have a loaner. I would just like some communication

5 Months after buying my new car I took it in for an oil change. Magically while it was getting an oil change the main computer system wiped itself clean.
I was told it would be about 2 weeks. ... at the 3 week mark I called to follow up as I hadn't heard from anyone. I was advised they still didn't have the part but it should be there in a week.
Today, 6 weeks after my car was dropped off for an oil change, and still not hearing from ANYONE.. meanwhile still paying for my XM and car payment, I called back. I was told they still don't have the part and they are short staffed so more or less i

Simpy put this Dealership is the most EXCEPTIONAL dealer that I have been involved with in all of my over 50 years of driving and having over 100 cars during that time!! Price on websites are misleading. Says there price is 16500 and then I find that it's 1000 more because I don't qualify for the retail cash because I'm not getting financing. Then they want to act like they are giving me a Great deal on my trade in. They gave me 4000 then turn around and try to sell it for 10000. I bought the car because they are the only dealer near me that had it in stock. I don't regret the car but go to Columbus you will get a better deal.

Saw an ad and found a vehicle I liked. Filled out the online application and received a call shortly after from Jon. He went over all the financing questions and got to work on the deal. The next day, I went to the dealership and met with Jon. We test drove the car I chose and I was in and out within an hour. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Jon was easy to work with and didn't pressure me at all.
