Pilates on Harrison has been my exercise salvation throughout the COVID pandemic. I had been taking private sessions using Pilates equipment at the studio for many months until the studio had to close. I love Pilates on Harrison! I've taken classes there for 6 years (including on-line during Covid). They have a small staff who are well trained and are good teachers. The in-studio Pilates classes are limited to 4, so it's wise to sign up in advance!

Every session with Julia I walk out in less pain than I walked in with. I am feeling stronger every week and cannot
