Nashville's Pink Blossom Bakery is both the brain child and fourth child of Julie Parker. Julie is originally from Louisville, KY and a 1992 graduate of Bellarmine University. In 2007, Julie and her family moved to Nashville, TN where she continued her career in pharmaceutical sales and gave birth to her third child.
Late in 2010, Julie was laid off from her position, and sought solace in her passion for baking. With a focus originally on cake pops alone, Party Pops by Julie was born out of midlife crisis, unemployment, and a serious hunger for something sweet. As cake pops led to cupcakes and cakes, a new name and company was formed in 2014.

With thousands of designs, I welcome custom designs to fit the needs of you and your event! Cake Pops are moist and delicious cake mixed with icing and then covered in candy coating.
Cake prices vary by design {fondant or buttercream}, serving size and level of detail. Buttercream finished cakes start at $3.60 per serving. Cakes covered in buttercream and homemade fondant start at $4.50 per serving. Base prices increase according to complexity of design. 3D or sculpted cakes start at $150.00.
Seeing as we were heading to Nashville from the UK for my husband's surprise 30th birthday trip, I couldn't let his birthday pass without a cake to celebrate the occasion! As I wanted something special for his 30th, I contacted many bakeries around the Nashville area, and Julie was the first to get back to me a few hours after I'd inquired on her website (despite the 6 hour time difference).
