I was in a car accident in July and the parts finally came in. There was a backorder on parts so had to reschedule my initial appointment, but they called me in advance to let me know. I chose Mike's to do an estimate based on the reviews & Honda certification. They worked directly with my insurance company on the payment. They arranged the rental car. They kept me updated via text message or phone call. It was so easy! When I picked up my car this evening, Mary was waiting for me. I paid. I gave her the keys to the rental. And then I walked out the door to my beautiful car. They had a checklist

I'm not saying I'm old, but I've lived in B/N a long time and have had several vehicles repaired at a variety of local shops over the years. I've been a customer of Mike's for around 5 years now. Hands down, Mike's is the most professional, courteous, prompt, fair, technologically savvy, and friendliest auto repair shop I have frequented. My car was badly near ended. State Farm suggested that I drove the car to Mike's where they kept it overnight. Initially they thought it was repairable but further inspection determined it was a total loss. They worked seamlessly with State Farm on the claim paperwork and salvage process. They were accomaditing let me remove stuff from my vehice before it was taken away.

Matt helped me with an insurance claim on my vehicle recently and the experience could not have been any easier on me. Aside from filing the initial claim, I had to do nothing further with my insurance company, even including setting up the car rental. When I arrived to drop off my car, the rental car was there waiting for me, and was able to leave the rental right there at Mike's upon completion. They took care of everything with my insurance so I didn't have to. They even spotlessly cleaned my car both inside and out which was very unexpected and very much appreciated. And my car was even completed

Joel provided a quote very fast. Scheduling was easy and painless. They had my Ford Escape for some extensive body damage repair. They completed it faster than anticipated. The paint job they did looks better then the Ford original paint job. My car was cleaner and smelled nicer than when I dropped it off. In Love with Mike's Collision

He has repaired back ends, front ends, fenders, bumpers, on a variety of our cars. The work is first class, and Mike is happy to share options.
I've recommended MCC without hesitation for years. In fact, my daughter's Subaru is currently in the shop. A truck backed into the front end, breaking the bumper and fog lights. His price is fair, reasonable, and within insurance guidelines.

These guys are pro's pro's. Clean, friendly, informative and true to their word. Seems like they're using state of the art equipment and processes and it shows with the final results. And their partnership with State Farm makes the process as easy as it gets if that's who your policy is with. I will take my cars here the first time every time.

WOW! what an amazing experience. I did not expect this level of customer service from a Auto Body shop. I hit a deer with my VW Passat in July. It was towed to Mike's Collision over the weekend. They contacted me immediately and made sure everyone was ok. The process was really easy and they kept me up to date through the whole repair. My vehicle was done a little early and they made sure to contact me the day before to let me know. I love that they use text messaging to contact customers during the repair, because I don't really want to answer my cell at work to get an update. Thanks

Not a place i ever wanted to have to review and I hope you never have to use them.
Anyway two weeks ago I left work to find someone had hit my car in the parking lot. After getting the claim information from the person that hit (yes there are still honest people in the world) I gave Mike's a call. They took down my info and sent a tow truck to pick up my car.
The repairs took a little over a week but that was due to ordering new parts. Mike's kept me informed the entire time and my car looks great! They even washed and vacuumed the car.
It was a smooth process until my battery
