Introducing StraPack's new line of strapping machine, the SQ-800 with brushless DC motor. The SQ-800 provides better efficiency without compromising the reliability of the legendary RQ-8x. Standard strapping rate is 1.1 sec = 55 straps/min, even when a tension is applied. The machine is ready to operate in less than 25 seconds, contributing to increased packaging line efficiencies.
The SQ-800Y with brushless DC Motor is a side-seal model which boasts all of the advanced features of the SQ-800 such as self-loading, refeed and loop ejection. It boasts wide adaptability to fully-automated packaging lines. The machine fits any existing or proposed conveyor system, adapts to any conveyor height and requires no special equipment.
The SQ-800IR3 boasts all of the advanced features of the SQ-800 such as self-loading, refeed and loop ejection, in an attractive and compact body. Space-efficient design with internal reel unit utilizing a standard size strap coil. This compact body is ideal for printing and mailing applications. The integrated foot arm switch under the body provides hands-free operation.
The StraPack RQ-8A is a fully automatic strapping machine suitable for integration into production line systems. It offers the benefits of the RQ-8x and incorporates flat conveyor belts built into the machine table top to index packs in and out of the strapping arch. Photo-electric cells detect the pack position.
