Redland President, Pinky Munz, shown here in the early days on a project site with his dad Charlie Munz. The Redland Company can trace its roots back to a road contractor, Charlie Munz, who founded Redland Construction more than 50 years ago. The landscape and the business environment have changed dramatically in Florida over the intervening half century, and we have adapted to meet the needs.
In an industry in which capability matters, and where capability is proven by what you've put in or on the ground, The Redland Company, is visible and viable. Completed projects cover the gamut of government and private sector facilities and infrastructure. Our crews and equipment can be seen on sites for virtually every industry from entertainment to public utilities.
Our Trimmer fleet increases production and quality of finished base courses and subgrade surfaces on highway, roadway, airport, and other large pavement projects. Our RS-650 Mixer is used for stabilizing subgrade by mixing existing soils with the option of mixing amendments into the existing soils to increase their stabilization factor.
Our Trimmer fleet is used to increase production and quality of finished base courses and subgrade surfaces on highway, roadway, airport, seaport and other large pavement projects. Literally millions of square yards (SY) of base and subgrade have been finished by these machines. Saves Time: The trimming operation increases production compared to normal grader blade finishing operations.
The Redland Company's specialty tree chipping equipment provides superior chipping capabilities for both large and difficult jobs. The chipping head is attached to a track excavator that can access many areas and ground conditions that standard chipping crews cannot. Additionally, the chipping head design is engineered for low maintenance which increases our "up time" compared to other similar chipping heads.

Had a driver stop at the light next to me and got out of his truck. Not really sure why, look like road rage. He said he thought I was the same truck that cut him off at a few lights before. But for a truck driver to jump out it’s kinda scary. Glad I was loaded because I didn’t know what he was going to do. But he noticed I was not the same guy.
