The Rhino Carbon Fiber Wall Supports link the foundation base with the house framing making it the strongest system on the market! The carbon fiber is fastened to the sill plate with a galvanized bracket and secured to the foundation floor with a carbon fiber pin. Deterioration does not occur because our patented carbon fiber system is secured to the foundation wall allowing for an even distribution of outside pressure.

After years of a damp basement and mildew problems a water leak from a broken kitchen pipe above the basement led us to use our insurance and redo the floors. That led to us wanting to solve the wet basement problem once and for all if possible. Mildew experts were going to be very expensive and not solve the problem of dampness that created it. I read a lot of reviews and then called B-Sure. When family owner Ron came to analyze the problem he was knowledgeable and very forthcoming about costs and pros and cons. He suggested we put a french drain around our basement to change the hydrostatic pressure

When Ron was explaining all they needed to do to put in my sump pump I was thinking at least 8 to 12 hrs. Three gentlemen showed up on time, proceeded to confirm what they would be doing then 3 1/2 hrs completely done and all cleaned up without any trace of them being in my basement doing jack hammering. Then the lead man informed me that I need to keep my animals away from the cement because if the wet cement got into their paws it could hurt their feet if it dried there. What company would think about your animals and make sure to remind you? That was reminder I give them an AA++.

Over the years we have worked with many contractors on our home. We have to say that the B-Sure systems owner, staff and crew have been one of the most professional and easiest groups to work with. Everyone was very pleasant and immediately responsive to our needs. The crew that worked in our tight crawlspace was hardworking and did an outstanding job installing our system. The crew from B-Sure was at my house today. As promised, here is my final review. They did a great job removing and replacing my existing plugged up non-operational basement drain system. They were professional, cleaned up the considerable mess, and were great to work with. They happily answered all my numerous questions. I highly recommend B-Sure if you need a company that does great work and stands behind their work, 5⭐️.

The drains under the concrete floor in the basement continuously plug up and cause flooding. They came back and installed clean outs once. The second time they came back the technician said a petroleum product is plugging up the drain and would not be covered under warranty. I had the water tested, no petroleum just sediment. Further attempts to to get them to honor the warranty have been unsuccessful. If your basement needs waterproofing don’t hire BSure.

I hired B Sure for basement waterproofing and they are top notch. I was a bit hesitant after seeing the 2 negative reviews, but if you read them closely, they seem like people who want something for nothing.
The rep (Ron) was very polite and professional and his crew was very friendly as well.
Overall, they charged a very fair price, did the job promptly, and cleaned up afterwards. Great to deal with. A+

I recently moved into a house that was in need of basement waterproofing. A portion of the basement would flood after heavy rains and there was water weeping in the corners. Before I did anything major to the basement, I had a brand new sump pump and water driven backup pump installed as a precaution. I’ll get back to this point later….
After getting several estimates that were all over the place in price, I decided to go with an interior drain system from B-Sure. The owner, Ron, seemed like a nice enough guy and the company had stellar reviews on most sites.
The 2 day job went smoothly.

My wife and I had recently had our front steps replaced by a local company. As soon as I seen the results I was so disappointed with the quality of work completed. To top it off we never had flooding in our basement until the new steps were installed and how the handled the problem really made me sick.
Called B Sure company and I'm really impressed with the quality and speed in which it was handled. They took my concerns in and made,me feel like it was their problem also. In the military we call the job they completed BZ. Highly recommend B Sure for foundation issues. Great
