Jeff and his crew at Better Basements went above and beyond to fix the issues in my basement in which water was getting into because of holes in the foundation, incomplete interior French drain and exterior separated pipe coming from the sump pump. He also does not disappear if you have questions or anything afterwards. The other 7 companies I got quotes for either never got back to me, sent a sales man out who doesn't do the work themselves, gave me a bad feeling, or charged a ridiculous amount with out being able to do all that I needed done. Jeff was fantastic to work with and we highly recommend him. We had one side wall that was backing up with water. After several estimates we went with Jeff as he offered a practical solution to the problem that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Seriously, there there are some national companies that use scare tactics to get you to spend thousands that would require a second mortgage. And they stalk you on top of it. This operation is professional and does excellent work. Prior to starting the work, Jeff was very thorough in assessing what needed to be done and he was flexible in accommodating my busy work schedule. Most important to me, as he and helper started the work, he took the time to show me what they were doing. Jeff explained what needed to be done to make the necessary repairs. The work was meticulous, very neat, and did excellent work. The work took three days to complete, and he left the site spotless each evening and was prompt each morning. I personally found Jeff to be very hospitable and trustworthy
