I am excited to inform you about a unique opportunity to train with me for 12 weeks in my new virtual course specifically designed Cosmetologists, Trichologists and Barbers. Dr. Lenzy, you help make this world a better place. If you dont hear it often enough be assured, your passion makes a difference in your practice. I have never felt like a number or an insurance claim, but always as a person. You help heal the body but every patient you see, you touch their spirit. Thank YOU for being YOU! I couldn't put my finger on why I had misgivings about this office but I have figured it out. Dr. Lenzy is fine but the support staff could be better. I'm a patient of record. I've been trying to get an appointment for 2.5 weeks. I either receive no answer (during business hours), leave a voicemail and get no call back, or reach someone who is totally unhelpful. Someone told me I needed a referral for a new appointment- so I spent several days making sure that my PCP submitted one. The next receptionist at Lenzy's I spoke with indicated that my previous referral had not yet

My PCP told me i might have skin cancer. I came here to have a sample taken to be tested.
I was not prepared for the $60 co-pay. I asked them to bill me. They refused to bill me and they refused to test me. I asked for a simple written statement of their refusal. The short round woman refused. I asked for her business card. She refused. She ordered me to leave if i didnt have the ability to pay immediately. Stay away from this place. Unprofessional, rude and unreasonable

So far, so good! I had my first appointment at Lenzy Dermatology this week with PA Julia Fiore to discuss life-long skin issues including acne and keratosis pilaris. Communication leading up to the appointment was on point, and I was reminded of my appointment several times.
The location of Lenzy Dermatology is easy to find, just off Memorial Drive in Chicopee. There's lots of signage designating which building houses which doctors; the parking lot is plenty big to accommodate lots of patients, without making you walk too far.

Consulting for female hairloss problem. No test, no lab, very general physical inspection and a picture was taken. Here's the result:
- I have a hairloss...
- This is ok. Hairloss is FDA approved.
- Thank you, doctor!
Why 2 stars? Well... after some additional dialoging I've discovered some evidence that the doctor is still there, deep under epidermis. I wish I could meet more of a doctor in the future. Or stars will shed. Star shedding is FDA approved too.
