Dr. Jennifer Pennoyer earned her B.A. from Harvard University and her medical degree from UConn School of Medicine. She did further training in UConn's integrated residency program and completed her dermatology residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. She is board-certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and an associate clinical professor at UConn School of Medicine.

I used to go to see Dr Pennoyer about 15 yeas ago as a kid and always liked her for her friendliness and her skills as a dermatologist and doctor. Unfortunately the office as a whole is elitist, prejudiced against people of a certain economic status, not interested in being helpful, and seemingly impossible to get an appointment slot.

Great Doctor, Horrible Staff.
The doctor is good and prescribed a 6 month treatment. The pharmacy she recommended worked great for 3 months then decided to not work with Express Scripts any longer. We tried Walgreens and Express Scripts verified that the treatment is covered. Pennoyer's office did not initially send the prescription to Walgreens as requested. After a followup conversation, they did send the prescription but not the additional paperwork that was needed. Walgreens faxed them the needed paperwork but until we called her office again, they did not send the paperwork back. Now, it

No waiting, I was seen within minutes of arriving. Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Fairchild explained everything and was very patient.
Easily a top shelf place. Very clean and organized.

I have been a patient here for more than 15 years. I went here more often before but I rarely go now. I don't see much improvement. Dr Pennoyer is friendly. But other doctors and staffs are not really. They try to do their jobs quick, their answers short and close, and not really friendly. I am looking for a new doctor.

Dr Pennoyer MD is the best Dr ever!
I had basal and squamous cell cancer on parts of my face and she explained everything that was going to happen and was very efficient and precise in her surgical techniques. You can’t even see the scar! I would recommend Dr. Pennoyer, MD as a doctor to everyone.
