At Gig Harbor Chiropractic and Massage, we take great pride in providing the finest chiropractic wellness care to our patients. Below is a sampling of the different wellness services we offer in office. We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists.
Dr. Greg Messer was born and raised in Weyburn, SK Canada. He was first exposed to chiropractic care at the age of 13 when he went with his father who at the time was in debilitating pain. After a few adjustments he watched his father walk out of the office unassisted. Ever since, he has been amazed by the power of the body's ability to heal itself naturally without the aid of medical intervention or pharmaceuticals.
Jenifer has been a massage therapist for 12 years and specializes in neck and lower back work, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. In her spare time she enjoys camping and spending time with family. Rachael has been a massage therapist for 3 year and in the health care field for over 15 years. She specializes in prenatal, Swedish massage and neck/shoulder work.
I want you to feel vibrant, vital and alive both inside and out, so that you may enjoy all aspects of your life! Like so many of you, I've had to overcome and work through my own life and health challenges. These events have certainly shaped and influenced all aspects of my work and health philosophy.
Once arriving in our office for your first visit, our professional staff will greet and welcome you. We will assist you in filling out your paperwork and give you a tour of our office. If you want individualized care, this is not the chiropractic office for you. At 31 weeks pregnant I was hoping to relieve slight discomfort from sciatica pain. They of course wanted me to come in twice a week to start and after two adjustments, I could barely walk. I went in one more time to have them try to “fix” what they had done and they did the exact same adjustment again making the condition worse - they severely sprained my SI joint. These doctors know how to do the basic 4 adjustments and don’t seem to know how to customize care based on what your body needs. Also, the first two

Since I started going here because of the reviews, it’s only right I should leave one of my own.
I am very pleased with this office! I do not have any other offices to compare it to, but everyone is very inviting and friendly. The space is clean and well taken care of.
My only complaint is that I definitely prefer one doctor’s adjustments over the others. There are three doctors but Ive only been adjusted by the two male doctors. His work is just a little too brusque for my liking.
Like I said, overall I have greatly enjoyed my experiences in the office and I will continue to patronize the

They told my wife that acupuncture would be covered by her insurance but it wasn't they lied to her and told her that she had to submit it to be reimbursed from her insurance when we asked them to help with it they refused. Staff is untrustworthy and will lie to your face. When my wife called her insurance they told her that they were not in network for acupuncture and the insurance also told her that they had been billing separately for both the chiropractic and the massage forcing us to pay double the copay. Iv had 1 massage and 3 adjustments here so far. I’m so impressed and pleased with everyone who works here. I was in a crazy amount of pain when I came in for my second adjustment i didn’t make an appointment and just showed up at their lunch time. The lady at the front desk had me get on the table and put ice on my back while I waited for the doc to get back from lunch. I didn’t expect this in the least. But I’m so thankful for this. 100% recommended. I was recently t-boned in a car accident. My cervical spine was pushed the same direction as I was hit, and was causing me tremendous pain. After only 6 visits I am feeling amazing and the doctors are working on correcting my spine. I do both the chiropractic care and message therapy and both are awesome. I always feel relaxed and well treated after leaving.
Staff is very friendly and do a good job of listening to what your needs are and guiding you through what they’re doing upon your first visit.

We bring the whole family. Our kids started coming at 4 years old and we all have been getting regularly adjusted for more than 10 years. We love their team. The chiropractors are very nice and mellow. They adjust light or firm if u as needed. We never had a bad experience with staff or the chiropractors! Great 😊🎈🎊🎉
