Depending on your specific case, Dr. Ahn may use a variety of techniques including manual adjustments, activator, traction, and or flexion. Dr. Ahn believes that foot pain is nearly always treatable with specific adjustment techniques and targeted exercises. Dr. Ahn may adjust manually and/or apply Cox Flexion/Distraction Technique depending on your individual case.
We have a variety of techniques to apply for relieving your pain. After your examination, we may manually adjust you in combination with drop-table and/or apply non-instrumented manual therapy and special "blueprint" exercises. Each case is different so your specific therapy will be unique.

Depending on your specific case, Dr. Ahn may use a variety of techniques including manual adjustments, activator, traction, and or flexion. He has the unique capability to adjust the C-0 vertebrae, unlike most available chiropractors. You will also be treated with non-instrumented manual therapy and specific exercises.
Dr. Ahn may adjust manually and/or apply Cox Flexion/Distraction Technique depending on your individual case. You will also receive receive 8-15 min. of Non-Instrumented Manual Therapy coupled with special exercises to help strengthen your specific area of concern. Byron is my massage therapist at unison and I couldn't be more excited each week to go see him.
Depending on your specific need, Dr. Ahn may couple Non-Instrumented Manual Therapy with specific manual adjustments. Targeted exercises may also be required to strengthen your specific area. If you have already had surgery or are anticipating surgery, Dr. Ahn can help you recover or possibly avoid future surgical procedures.

This place and saved me from pain and agony so many times over the years. I am very thankful. My hip was just out and was in a lot of pain. Doctor popped it back into place and after some ice and ibuprofen, I was better the next day after he put my hip back into place. He has also helped my ribs and neck when those went out. I recently went in and got a massage from Ashley, it was the best massage I have ever had. She targeted the pain points and I walked out of there feeling very refreshed! My only complaint is that the office itself is very loud. Throughout the hour we could hear phones ringing, office staff chatting, rustling of office materials, etc. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet massage, this is not the best place for that.

Doctor Ahn and his team are is amazing! They are patient, kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I ended up having a panic attack in his office today, he did some adjustments which stopped it instantly. I'm amazed at how good my neck and arms feel. I can now move them without any pain where as before, it felt like my neck wasn't supporting my head and I could barely with my arms up above my chest. Thank you all for help and generosity.

Omg!!!! Those of you who havent met dr. Ahn, youre definitely missing out lol dr. Ahn is the best chiropractor!! He is a magician! He knows where your pain is with his roller thing on his belt before you tell him lolol Those of you who's been to him knows! Hes so nice and you can tell he cares for all of his patients. The office staff are very friendly as well. They threw a "patient appreciation" day couple of weeks back and it was awesome. Lots of people came and we all played games, raffle, and ate bunch of food!! Some of us were talking about how no dr's offices ever does

Couldn't be happier w/ Dr. Ahn and his office. Dr. Ahn has great hands and he is very thorough. I've been to a lot of different Chiropractors and while I live in Lakewood, its worth the drive for me to see him. I cannot remember the name of his massage therapist- I think its Brandon- he is phenomenal as well. I've referred a number of people to this office and I'd recommend to anyone looking for a great Chiropractor!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Their billing practices are fraudulent when it comes to billing insurance. When you try to inquire as to why they billed for things you did not receive they REFUSE to acknowledge the mistake. Further, once the insurance company has paid they have no recourse to get their money back. Unfortunately I did not discover until I had used all of my allowed visits per my policy so I could not go to another chiropractor.

Update: What this Dr. did has still improved my quality of life and it has been over a year. He cured the right side of my tailbone which was the only side giving me pain at the time. Now I have tailbone pain on the left side of my tailbone. I only wish I still lived in Washington state so I could go have the other side of my tailbone worked on and fixed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I called in last week to set up an appointment and establish myself as a new patient. My call was answered, but the woman who answered said she had to take my name and number and would call me back to set something up within ten minutes. Each time I go in he still goes over all my issues and makes certain I am in total alignment before I leave.
I don't know what his technique is called but he is able to adjust places on my back and neck that other chiropractors can't seem to get to.
The staff are all super friendly and kind too. They have shown me exercises and how to use a roller to help my knee issue.
Dr. Ahn has PT specialists that work off his direction, they are well trained

Dr.Ahn takes the time to listen to his patients and is very attentive to what they need. He takes the time to know what is causing your pain and problem and does his best to treat the cause not just the symptoms. The massage therapists Byron and Kyla are also great. It felt good to be massaged before the adjustments. Highly recommend this place to anyone having back pain, knee pain, or neck pain.

I have been going to Unison Chiropractic for about eight months now. I initially went there because I had a pretty debilitating lower back pain, and issues with my upper back. For years, I just "dealt with it" with daily dose of Advil, cringes, and stubborn acceptance of my diminishing quality of life.
Dr. Ahn explained why my body was in pain, what his treatment plan was, and what I needed to do to improve myself. As the treatments progressed, my entire body began to fall into synch and my aches and pains were no longer a lingering issue. I am still quite irresponsible with my body

I've been in multiple car accidents for the last 16 years of my life. Going to multiple different chiropractors to receive treatment, I've never felt the relief that I do from Dr. Ahn and Michelle. Unison chiropractic is the BEST !! I am Reg. Nurse that often have lots of joint pain ( guess big problem 65 years young ) I have been going to Dr. Ahn for about 5 years, started with severe neck pain and unable to turn my neck ....during my time attending Unison Chiro. I have improved A LOT !! and had some set backs but all in all if I didnt have their friendly caring staff on my side it would had been and would be very difficult. Dr Ahn takes the time to teach excerises and streches that can be done at home to help releave problems ...when its not poss. to be seen and when out of town. Iam

I have now been going to Unison for several years. I recently had an MRI done on my back and saw a neurosurgeon for evaluation. No operation necessary, Thank God! Told him about the chiropractor I am seeing and how different he is from our ideas of old on how adjustments are made. Soooo different and they do not rush you in & out by "cracking" you, (which I always hated). They actually care A LOT about results, and do several procedures for accomplishing that. One is a massage therapist which tends to you before Dr. Ahn , a stretching table( which does wonders!) and finally Dr. Ahn

I've been going to this chiropractor for a couple of months now and they've been great to me. They are always very welcoming and warming to everyone. I used to have this constant headache for years, and after a couple of visits my headaches were gone! Not only do they treat me, they also teach me ways to heal it faster.
