I worked with Charles and Frank, what a blessing. I had called Charles for a second opinion when my current lawyer was giving me pause and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful immediately. Rick articulately presented our case to the township and managed to reduce our property taxes by whopping 25% greatly exceeding our expectations, will certainly go back to him for future needs. I did not even have to get the appraisal of the property (saving few hundreds there) and he manage to convince the township with the market value of property. Thanks Rick for the help.
