Brian quickly diagnosed the issue with the water softener and explained the corrective measures. He also installed a hose bib so I can wash my cars with soft water. Great company . I would highly recommend. Got quotes from several companies they were competitive but most importantly the customer service we got from the owners is what sold us. They have even followed up twice to ensure everything was working and we were happy.

Parker conducted a water test & ensured my Aqua Kleen system was working properly. He is a true professional with a wealth of knowledge. He went way above & beyond!! He actually took the time to share his expertise & knowledge about the system instead of just tinkering with the system, taking payment & departing. I really enjoyed speaking & learning from him. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! The technician was prompt, professional, and experienced. He took the time to explain the problem with my water softener and the cost of replacement vs. repair. The unit is functioning again for a lower cost than I anticipated and there was minimal disruption to my day (which is valuable in and of itself.) I don't have a single complaint.

Hi, I am writing to comment on my recent experience with WinBar Services. I was having problems with my water softener so I called for an appointment to have it looked at. The Technician , Parker, arrived on time and began his work. Parker was very professional and easy to speak with as I asked him many questions about my water softener. Throughout the process Parker explained to me what the problem may be and what he was doing to diagnose and repair the unit. It has been two weeks since Parker repaired my unit and it has been operating without any issues since his work! I highly recommend Parker
