Tried for hours to get in touch with someone here. Finally when I get an answer the lady was flat out rude. Told me I'd have to come see her the following day. If she'd answered the phone one of the 100 times I'd call prior to 5 I wouldn't have bothered the after hours. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Service was basically non-existent

Very helpful, polite and pleasant. Genuinely a great experience. Shanna is kind and makes you feel a lot better about the situation. Hopefully won't ever have to use her again but heaven forbid I do, she'll difinitly be my 1st call.

The criminal justice system is complex and the wheels of justice can grind slowly (though exceedingly fine) and I was at a loss what to do to help a friend. Shanna answered all my questions and kept me in the loop. I so appreciate her kindness and support.

I guess if you need to bail someone out this is a good place to go they've already been calling me though and told me that I'm responsible for something they didn't tell me when I was in there don't like that part for sure

We were referred to them by another company they were prompt and helped us as fast as they could. Very good people give him a call if you need help. Sometimes are hard to get ahold of on the phone but keep trying because most likely there in court or with other customers. I gave him a five star just because how fast they were and how much they cared☺👍

Tried calling for a bondsman for friend. The phone was picked up, heard talking with people in background and then before I could say hello, they hung up. Called back and got busy signal. They lost a $75,000 bond to AAA bailbonds.
