We are currently waiting for the manager Raul to get back to us for 3 weeks now and have tried to call him but he is never available and won't return a call for nothing girls are rude when we call for him and same when we show in person to AA Ft worth location i do not recommend using them very bad service

Michelle is very rude.. I called to get a understanding about a bond that was placed for a family member.. we called to get info and stated what our reason and situation was.. she gone let it be known she is the manager and she didn’t care what no one said about what the law was, because I don’t know her job.. in our case we had a hold place on us, and wsnt told till after we placed the bond .. then ws told it is not their job to find out if they have a hold or not .. and in the end never gave me the answers we need to know about if our bond is still in place since he hasn’t been released

They are very friendly and professional. Unfortunately they couldn't help me as they can't bond out of Collin County. However, before I mentioned that they did answer all my questions as far as what would be needed. Thank you Gigi for your help. Staff members were very helpful and handled business very quickly. Only problem I had was that my first time in to pay my bond they didn't give me my paperwork to fill out so when I had a call a few days later for me to come back in and fill out the paperwork was a bit of an inconvenience and sort of annoying
