Charged me almost $60 dollars for use of a tiller that had blades so dull it didn’t even break into the ground.

Left my contractor with broken equipment and no replacement.
At least stand behind your product!

I rent a fair amount of stuff here. Most recently a brush hog that made clearing some land much easier. Great people to deal with. Reasonable prices on things you need but Don't need to buy.

Don't waste your time or money!!!! Owner and staff are very rude and will rip you off for a popcorn machine rental. I was looking for a place to rent equipment for a small grad party and the GRC was ready to screw me on prices. The owner demanded I pay exorbitant fees just to rent a small dance floor, small lawn tent and popcorn machine. When I spoke up about the prices being too high he shortly said "if you don't like it, get your stuff somewhere else". SO I DID!! 0 Stars if it was possible!!!!

Good prices, excellent service and great advice. I worked with Garrett ( who was terrific) to advise us on our options and help us select tables, chairs, lighting etc for 110 people for our sons wedding. It was critical to us that everything we need was delivered on time and was complete--and it was. I especially appreciated their flexibility to cancel the tent we had reserved when the weather forecast indicated we wouldn't need it. Thanks.

My recent experience with Gloucester Rental couldn't have been more positive. I spoke with a staffer about renting a tiller, I was shown some of his inventory and the rental rates were explained. The gentleman kindly held the machine for me to pick up the next day. Pick up, along with an explanation as to the use of the machine, was quick and easy, as was the return. None of this may sound out of the ordinary but I was merely asked my name and address and I paid for the rental. I didn't have to complete a lengthy, unnecessary application nor was I asked to provide everything short of

Thanks to Peter, who made our late rental of a skid steer happen. This place was so accommodating, and gave us all of the information we needed to rent and operate this equipment. I would highly recommend Gloucester Rental Center. Now I know they also rent out tables, chairs, etc. Great resource for party rentals on the North Shore.
