Party Plus is a division of Taylor Rental. Over a decade ago we recognized the need to manage this division separately from the Taylor Rental equipment center to ensure proper care was given to those that needed specialty type items, thus we recognized the need for Party Plus.

Rented a bounce house for a kids party and the price stated online was bait and switch because when I called the lady who answered said that price was only for after 3pm. Also had to clean out the bounce house myself since there was candy in it and a straw and wrappers. These should really be cleaned out after each person.

This place was very disappointing, we rented a popcorn machine cotton candy machine, and dunk tank for my daughters birthday… the guy who helped was pretty rude at best acting like the stuff was gold, most of the product was old and put back together with zip ties and basically beat up junk but that’s fine kinda to be expected, that was no issue… said repeatedly make sure you take care cause dumb people in the past haven’t. Shouldn’t talk about customers like that.. so first get home Didint give me the balls I paid for strike 1 then Didint give me pan for popcorn machine to catch the

If you are planning a backyard wedding please do not hesitate to use Taylor Rental. We planned our son's wedding for about a year - Shawn was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The wedding was magical! Several of our guests have complimented us on how absolutely beautiful everything looked and they couldn't believe it was a backyard wedding! Not what they expected at all. We rented a tent, dance floor, tables, linens, plates, glasses, silverware and whiskey barrel cake table. Everything went off without a hitch! GREAT COMPANY

Overall pleased. I needed tables and chairs for my daughter's christening celebration. The Office staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Delivery was fast, onetime and as described. A small issue arose. The owner called me himself and we resolved it professionally. Customer service oriented for sure. I will use them again! Thanks a bunch

Rented a bouncy house for my son's birthday. Everything worked out perfectly. Reading reviews especially for the woman with the wedding was definitely helpful since I will be having one in a few years. I own a business and we had a holiday party on Friday and was looking forward to using the 3 tables and 20 chairs we rented from you. I arrived early to the office as the delivery window was between 7:30-4:00pm (party starting early that evening). I waited all day long only to have them arrive around 4:30pm (pushing our time to the limit). Not only that but the guy left everything stacked in the front of the office. I run a family-owned private preschool with two locations that holds three separate graduation events every spring for approximately 400 visitors. Our graduations takes place under tents that are 120' long by 30' feet wide with a full stage and seating for 200. In addition we also use a second tent 30' x 30' on our patio for food and beverages.
Every year Taylor Rental of Haverhill very professionally supplies and builds all the tents and the stage, and they set up all the chairs meticulously

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS. I had a horrid experience and would never use them again. Shaun sales associate was rude and would not upgrade me for free after THEIR EQUIPMENT BROKE 30 minutes into the job. I had to fight and scream in order to get upgrade and tried to contact owner but he was nowhere to be found. The second piece of equipment got a flat 2 hours into job (and it was only 1pm) and Mechanic Andy accused my worker of BREAKING HIS EQUIPMENT. I was appalled at his remark! They brought the tent, chairs, tables and dance floor two days early so it was perfect for decorating and getting everything ready, but the chairs were not clean at all , the tent was filthy and I recommend never getting a dance floor if you plan on doing a wedding outside, it was not polished as promised and it came apart, plus it's very expensive ,

They rented us a broken tea urn. We didn't realize it was broken until it was out the door and a staff member notified us at the last minute. When we returned it, the putty they had used to try to put it together broke off, and they charged us a penalty fee. When we said they shouldn't have rented us a broken urn and we can't be responsible if they didn't do a good job putting it together, they said "it wasn't their problem" and to "go rent somewhere else".

Before I review I want to say that we have used Taylor Rental before and were happy with the service (rental of tables and chairs for an outdoor birthday party). We have also had good experience with rental of tools/construction equipment.
That having been said, our latest experience of renting a bounce house was less than pleasant overall.
First, the bounce house is fairly expensive ($200) to rent. After doing some research (after the fact so shame on us) we found other rental places with price points around $100.
