Although buying a new home was stressful as it was Cynthia Marquez made it incredibly easy to understand the whole process. As first time home time buyers we were clueless with everything but she was there to answer any of our questions and made everything we needed possible. I would 100% recommend going to her without a doubt. Without her we wouldn't have our dream home and I would like to give a huge thanks to her.

After a difficult time house hunting and finally finding the perfect home we were so happy to have Tony to turn to with our millions of questions. He was able to put our minds at ease and walk us through the process and working with the USDA home loan program. He found us all the money savings he could and in the end we even got money back during closing!

Lack of communication has been very frustrating. Since my first initial disclosure, sales price was incorrect even though I notified them of the mistake, and I was given wrong quotes and estimates up until my final disclosure, where to my surprise I now need 20,000 more than I had originally been told to plan for.

On the final disclosure I also found out that my 50,000 earnest money deposit was not counted, and origination fees that I was told would be lowered were not changed at all. Feels very much like bait and switch. Also seemed sketchy to be told to sign documents that were blank. I was

Here's the thing there is no shortage of people who will want your business but the list is short in those that will tailor a service to your needs and not their bottom dollar. Having had a father who was a broker, that bar was set high but Dave and his team surpassed my expectations. I'll admit I'm not the easiest of customers but Dave listened, returned calls, answered questions and had the patience of a saint. My family and I are so very thankful.

Dave and his team are Amazing! It's difficult when you're self employed to get financing, Dave gave me more than 1 option to choose from and with an interest rate I thought Would not be possible. He has a very professional staff and always available. A+ in my book!
