Founded in 2020, Cold-Link Logistics has quickly ingrained itself in the Public Storage Warehousing sector. Mandich Group all began with an idea of wanting to start and build a company from the ground up. Michael, Mark, and Nick were all working different jobs and were quite successful but there was still something missing. So, in 2016 all three brothers started making plans to leave their current positions and start the journey of building a real estate company.
Cold-Link Logistics Fort Wayne provides an excellent solution for a variety of cold storage and dry warehousing needs in Northeast, IN. We have owned and operated in the Midwest for over 18 years providing excellent service for both big and small companies. We are constantly maintaining or freezer spaces and equipment making sure it is always performing at the highest level.

I’m here three times a day 5 days a week. Overnight parking available. Park in front is gate and call number and John will come in the cart to let you in. You pull to the right and give him your kid number. Park in staging and wait to be called. As long as you have an appt and aren’t late you will be out of there within an hour. Clean facility and they have bathrooms. No food truck but DoorDash delivers. There is a cutie in the office with red hair. She always has a smile.

Slow unload. Nice facility. But be prepared to sit
Update: spoke to one of the owners and the broker. Apparently the power was off and the fork lift driver could not see inside the building. It is 1.15 I have been here since 9.20 I had a 10 am appointment. The owner did not know what was going on. Super nice guy. I explained to him that this cost me probably 600$ because now it is to late to get a load out of here. I have to deadhead 500 miles ...
The 2nd owner just gave me $100 cash. Wow. He was awesome. That might come close to paying for my fuel. Thanks guys😎
