Took a vehicle up there to have it diagnosed and repaired and called miscellaneous time to check on the progress vehicle was there for almost 4 months and nothing was done to it so I finally picked it up and took it to another place

Called Tony on a Monday to diagnose on a steering wheel/rack and pinion/gear box issue on a Mercedes Benz. Told us to have it towed on Tuesday, but only in the afternoon because he didn't want too many cars in his parking lot. Told us he could start working on it Wed morning. Had it towed there and he told my husband that he didn't know when he'd be able to get to it and then told him and the tow truck driver that he can't help them because the tow truck driver could not set the Benz down in the spot Tony wanted it dropped because the wheels are locked sideways. I brought a car to them for diagnosis. I was told a $95 diagnostic fee. I gave them a detailed history of repairs and what happened when it died. I explained that the timing was just done and that i thought it might be related to that work. I was told it would take a couple days. One month later I get a call to tell me that their best guess was that maybe the new timing tensioner locked up but the only way to know for sure is to remove the timing cover and that would cost more money. The mechanic also noted some "engine noise" wich may be loose lifters and they want to take the valve cover off

It’s 530 on a Friday evening and Tony is staying late to finish my fuel tank replacement.
Went in for a fuel pump , Tony found a hole in the gas tank. He worked tirelessly to find me a used tank to save costs.
