I had a code come up on my vehicle and dropped it off on Monday for a Wednesday appointment. I reminded them that I'm due for an oil change and that they said they would check the a.c. leak again to track it down as well.
I had to call on Wednesday to speak to the most confused person in the world that said they were doing the oil change but they would need to hold it another day to troubleshoot whether it was simply a sensor or wiring but they would know more on the Friday after Thanksgiving. From my very first call to them to just see if they had time to look at the issues that one of the quick oil change places said they found to picking up the car after it was fixed everyone I spoke with was so amazing. They listened to me and explained everything I wanted more info on. They gave me an estimate on time and stuck to it. I don't want to need them but if my car breaks then I know exactly where I'm going!

These are the ONLY people that I will take my SUPERDUTY to!
I highly recommend them. Arraigned my tow and fixed my difficult diesel. Always super helpful and courteous. Very helpful picking up and dropping off my truck as I work early in the morning to late in the evening. If you don't give them a chance, YOU are loosing money.
