I have been in and out of here a few times. The service manager had changed multiple times during the time span I have used then for parts/service. Most of the time they are really good and knowledge. There's been a few times, specifically 2-3 years ago, where I felt like burning the building down because the service department couldn't find out what was wrong with our bike.

I shopped around for a side by side for several months and noticed the limited inventory and marked up prices at almost every location. I found a 2020 Polaris for sale at this establishment and I knew I had to have it. Not only was is priced extremely fair the paperwork was a breeze and staff was excellent. I had a small issue that popped up a week after owning the machine and Kyle and Chad immediately made things right and handled everything to ensure I was happy and our transaction was seamless. Chad and Kyle were great! Deal was 100% completed in a timely matter over the phone (that alone is worth a 5 star). Picked up the keys the next day. I was introduced to everyone in the other departments while I was there. They were all very kind and didn't mind a little conversation while I waited. Wade helped me with a new helmet and even installed the Senna 10b system for me. GREAT EXPERIANCE!!

I was in the market for a 2022 Honda Metropolitan in a specific color. It took a while to locate one with inventory being so low. I had ordered a part for my bike. When I arrived to pick up my part, I asked the guy at the service desk if he could check the air in my tires. He arrived a brief time later and had bad news. While attempting to air up my rear tire the broke the valve stem off. He told me I would have to okay $149 to have repaired. The manager got involved and waived the charge. Felling better about this place, I went to my repaired bike only to find an 8 inch boot scuff on my saddle bags. The guy literally asked if I did it?? Wow! What great service. Beware!!!

The guys in the parts and service department here are awesome. Brian is extremely knowledgeable. He helped get my CFR450R dialed in and saved me hundreds, if not thousands, in the process by advising me of what works and doesn’t work based on my riding style. This was my first experience purchasing a motorcycle. The sales associate, Mr. Kitchen was extremely helpful and patient with me. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that I was comfortable before moving forward. He had me sit on multiple motorcycles and didn’t try to force a certain model on me.
