Went to sell my bike right at a month ago of writing this, they still have yet to pay off the lien, won’t answer the phone, and can get no one to inform me of why they have yet to pay it a month later. Poor customer service. I’d give less than 1 star if I could. Extremely unhelpful. I will never return here again for any reason. Still looking for an answer as to why the motorcycle I sold has yet to be paid off. Would be fantastic if I could get ANYONE to actually talk to me.
Also sitting on hold for the last 15 minutes because nobody can answer the phone in the middle of the day. Great business

Where to start…. So my husband and I had been talking about purchasing an ATV for our son for Christmas or one for the whole family, after hours of research (totally him), he said RideNow was where we were going. As we walked up, a very happy gentleman came to help us, Elijah asked a few questions and excused himself. A few short moments later he returned with Eric (manager) so both could help us. I have never in my life had customer service like this. We weren’t treated like a commission, but like friends catching up. (Plus lots of patience and playing with our toddler.) We all shared stories

Went to RideNow on Blanding Blvd. to look at upgrade motorcycle, trade my motorcycle to another motorcycle. Normally the experience of spending half a day at a dealership is very draining but not this time. Anthony Capitti Salesman met me as soon as I pulled in and treated me like I was the most important person he has ever met. It was an amazing start to finish experience. He talked me through my options making sure to take into account my riding experience, what I was looking for in my next bike, what I can spend some time growing into. Just wanted to let y'all know that Ray (our Salesman) and Javon (Manager) did a great job today as well as the other times we've been in. Ray listened to what my wife and I were looking for when we pulled up and showed us what was there in the price range we were looking at. We were thinking we were going to buy Pre-owned and ended up walking out with a 2022 Yamaha Wolverine X2 at a GREAT PRICE and are happy as can be. This was the 2nd time in a year my family has came in. The first was my son and myself and was helped by Javon a year ago when he bought his first motorcycle. Javon was as awesome

The only good thing that exists in this location is 2 sales people that the wife and I dealt with and a good finance guy that was trying to help. The floor manager has terrible customer service. Don’t even trying to make them a offer on there used stuff because even if it doesn’t run they still want more than it’ll cost you brand new. They have a insane markup on new bikes and want more than the cost of a used bike then a new one would be. I ended up going to ademac Harley Davidson and buying a brand new 2021 street glide cheaper than there used 2019 Indian. Moral of the story shop around
