Dry Otter did an excellent job. Since the basement repair we have had extreme rain. Not a single drop in the basement in the 8 months since the repair. Even with the rapid melting conditions. Prior to the repair even a moderate rain would result in water seepage, and with a down pour 2-3 inches of water would come up from below. The new drainage system works wonders. No more musty smell or late nights with the wet vac. I highly recommend this company

Had Nick from Dry Otter inspect our basement where we had been experiencing water entering after heavy rains. Recommendation was to install interior drain tile. This required busting up some concrete along 3 walls, laying, the tile and then covering in concrete. Work was done in promised time frame and workers were polite, hard working, and patient with our questions. Any questions during our decision making process were answered within a reasonable time period by Nick.
