Water seepage is common in a basement foundations becuase after years of the earth moving, high water tables, and or just old age, a foundation can begin seeping water in various parts of your basement. Common Seepage areas are where the wall meet the floor and on the foundation walls. However Window Wells, piping, and other areas tend to also begin seeping water after time.
The Flood Pro's Crack Repair System contains a very thin urethane which travels all the way through the wall. Once in the wall and beyond, it expands and plugs. The resulting foam barrier permanently stops the flow of water. We inject the concrete foundation wall crack with a thin material, urithine, which will flow throw the entire wall crack.
Each Solution is a custom solution according to how severe the water seepage may be for each Window Well. Window Wells very commonly start seeping around the window. This issue can commonly be resolved with a simple, and most cost effective method, The Dig Out. However some homes have a lot of water pressure on that window and will need a more involved solution such as a window well drainage system either inside or outside the home.
Drain Tile: drain tile Drain Tile is a permanent solution for Seepage issues in your basement. Seepage where the floor meet the wall, cove joints, is a sign that Drain Tile is needed in the basement. Also seepage through flood cracks is a sign that Drain Tile is needed as well. Our Waterproofing Technician will jack hammer out approximately 16-18 around the perimeter of the basement.

My experience with Flood Pros was exceptional, from start to finish. Micky showed me and explained everything that needed to be done to waterproof the basement, put drain tiles in, enlarged a sump pump pit, made another sump pump pit, repaired cracks in the wall. It was a huge job that took 3 days. Jose, Kyle and the rest of the crew who worked at the house were very hard workers, you could tell they took pride in their work. They also were very polite and friendly. Throughout the process they were excellent with communicating with me. When they were finished, they showed me everything they did

Such great service. Everyone that came by (as they all have their seperate rolls) in the restoration process was amazing. I had them do the clean up and restoration and they did an excellent job. Seeing the difference from previous (before flooding) and after their work far exceeded what my basement looked like before they professionally redid. I would highly recommend.

What a fantastic company to work with! We contacted them on a Sunday inquiring about basement waterproofing & they got back to us the same day! The guys were great! Jose did a wonderful job repairing the crack in the foundation. He took time to explain things. They also were careful to put the mulch back down so you could not tell anything had been dug up!
Appreciate Mickey's professionalism and friendly service when he comes to give estimates. Also Haley and Shirley do a great job in the office!

I had finally had it with my wet basement when it rained. I did not know who to call and saw an ad in the Sunday newspaper. (Flood Pros). I called and Mickey came over the following day. I told him that the basement was a mess. Mickey was very kind and said this was durable and his people would move everything away from the walls to put in drain tile. Part of the basement had tile on the floor and Mickey told me that because the house was built in the 50's the tile contained asbestos and he could not remove it (I think he was not licensed to remove asbestos ). Mickey knew who to call and he did
