Ideal for clients in early sobriety, Thrive Treatment offers a comprehensive and stabilizing Partial Hospitalization Program in Los Angeles, California. Experience a trusted Partial Day Program in Los Angeles at Thrive Treatment in Santa Monica. This level of care consists of a variety of therapeutic groups and individual sessions designed to address addictive behaviors as well as co-ocurring mental health issues that underlie addiction.
Thrive Outpatient Drug Treatment Program is the perfect compliment for people that have completed our other programs successfully but want to maintain connection to their "other family" and extend their focus on Thrive Treatment 's "purpose, passion and promise" integrated track. Thrive Treatment offers an Outpatient Program for clients who have completed our Day Program and Intensive Outpatient Program.
Thrive Alumni Program is the perfect compliment for people that have successfully completed our other programs but want to maintain connection to their "other family" and extend their focus on Thrive Treatment 's "purpose, passion and promise" integrated track. Thrive Treatment runs an Alumni meeting every Thursday evening from 5:00pm - 7:00pm each week.

Thrive treatment center and the last house helped me get through the toughest part of my life. Thrive treatment is the only treatment center I've ever attended and they change my life in so many ways! i came in a broken and hopeless man with no coping skills at all. they help with a lot of my traumas and showed me ways to deal with them sober. Thrive treatment is a very supportive and informative IOP. I was in one of the sober livings that works with their service, the Last House, and found that in thrive treatment, I was helped not only to process my emotions as they came up, but also learned quite a lot about the different healthy coping mechanisms I could engage in to move forward without being self destructive. Groups with the other residents give us a chance to openly and honestly talk about our feelings and issues and learn how to work through them together. I came in to thrive with a closed mind thinking I’ve been to treatment and therapy a 1000 times how can this possibly help me. I’ll just fly under the radar I said. one day I decided to let my guard down and give it my best effort and have an open mind. I’ve now been going to thrive for 10 months, by choice. It has helped me tremendously especially the therapeutic side. I will continue to go and even after graduation I plan to see my therapist. hands down the best IOP I have ever been to.

I completed a full term at Thrive Treatment. I’ve been to many IOP programs and have never received the level of care that I got while a client at Thrive. Their treatment team was very extensive, caring, and welcoming. The personal therapist I saw while there helped me through some of the biggest traumas I was holding onto and allowed me to learn things about myself that I would have never found out on myself. Overall this treatment gave me the tools to take on life without substances and with a new level of knowledge and confidence, I would recommend this to anyone trying to rebuild their life

Thrive treatment was a huge asset to me in my sobriety. I will be forever grateful for the entire staff at Thrive. The facility is well furnished and in a great location that makes being there very comfortable. On top of that I felt as though the entire staff was very invested in my recovery. I spent five months in thrive working with a therapist and doing groups three times a day. I came in broken, issues with substance abuse and dealing with major grief and loss. I attended thrive for 3 months when I first moved out to LA for sober living and it was the first time I truly gave an IOP a chance. I loved how caring the staff was and I felt they truly cared about me as an individual. I was always scared to look inward because I wasn’t sure what I would find but Thrive really helped me do that and although I have had some up and down moments since graduating thrive I still go to the tools I learned during my time there.
