Seriously AWESOME!!! After the horrible experience with another patch company, (that I wont even NAME because they aren't worthy of the name drop!) dealing with Zetta here at Stitchworks Embroidery was like a breath of fresh air!!! They were pleasant, patient, and willing to CATER to my customizing desires!!! Full disclosure, I haven't even seen the patches I ordered yet ( just finalized my order today), but I'm already giving them 5 stars. I just know the patches will be great! She went into detailed questioning when I was unsure of color, she used different things to compare the color to in order

So I am not one to write reviews but I am so compelled to write about stitch works embroidery. I went there to have my son’s emblem embroidered on their school shirts. When I dropped off the shirts, I was informed that the order would be ready in 7 business days (the shop is closed on the weekends) The order was dropped off on 11/24 in the morning and in anticipation of early closures for the holiday weekend, I waited until Fri 12/5 to inquire about My order.
