Excellent local shop. They offer great service and high quality products. They quoted a 3 week turnaround on my daughters letter jacket and had it back to us in less than a week! We will be back for more services!

Had a few items embroidered from here and have always had a great experience! The folks are super helpful and welcoming.

I live a long distance from Canton and called to order my grand-daughters varsity jacket. They said that it would take about a week and a half as they had to order a jacket in her size. A few days later I called and told them that I wanted to add my grand-daughters nickname on the inside of the liner in gold. When I went to pick it up, the jacket was beautiful but they had forgotten to add the nickname. When I pointed this out, the woman immediately took the liner in the back and the nick-name was on in a few minutes, looking beautiful! And they did this free of charge! A stand-up place in my book

If you have an expensive or meaningful item you need embroidered, think twice before taking it to Canton Embroidery. I sought out Canton Embroidery based on highly-rated reviews and decided to trust them them with the embroidery of personalized gifts for my wedding - a silk tie for my dad and family heirloom handkerchief for my mom. Boy was that a mistake! Upon pick-up, I found the tie to be illegible and the handkerchief had grease stains all over it. The seamstress at canton embroidery didn't even hesitate in taking on the project and her confidence convinced me to trust her. After picking up the final product I am extremely impressed with how amazing and how neatly it was done. It was even better than requested. I highly recommend this place for your embroidery needs!

They do the work on time at the price quoted. They take the time to not only get the order right but to communicate your choices and options.
