I thought they were crazy to offer same day service. It's nice to know that if we need something on short notice they will do whatever it takes to take care of us. Beware of this company's trucks. A truck hauling asphalt broke my wind-shield, damaged the paint on my car on the 94 westbound on September 29th. Driver "refused" to pull to the side to get insurance info. AAA contacted the company, and even though we have pics of their truck, the company rep "Jeff" won't take any responsibility, leaving me to foot the bill for damage they caused. Very dishonest!!!
