Ray is an absolute God sent! Not only is he punctual, reliable, he is quick thinking and has the best attitude! He helped us move a GIANT fridge from an apartment to another...up a flight of narrow stairs, which seemed impossible. On the spot, without blinking an eye, Ray pulls out his power drill to remove the handrail of the stairs and rest of the crew proceeded to carry that beast of a fridge up the stairs. Ray is awesome. Very humble and pleasant demeanor. I'm glad the nextdoor peeps recommended him. He picked up some cabinet frames, an old garage door opener and a cable dish. I sent out a request for a furniture removal quote and Ray responded within a few minutes with a flat rate offer and was available first thing the very next morning. Although some other companies responded to me also, they all gave a range or a minimum charge even though I sent photos of what we needed removed. I requested the quote for my in-laws and let Ray know that they wouldn't be able to help lift anything.
