I contacted Williams RDU Taxi to help with transportation for my elderly father-in-law when my wife and I are unavailable. He has always been polite and punctual and his cab is comfortable, roomy and always clean. I chose this service based on the excellent online reviews. These excellent reviews are well deserved.

Friendly enough driver, but charged WAY to much from Corporate pkway (Comfort Suites) to train station. My daughter paid for an uber for me the day before going to the hotel and the ride was only $12. Williams cab charged me $25 for the same ride opposite way. My fault, I should have asked how much the ride would have cost before hand. Won't be using them again. Be wary, of being overpriced by this cab!

Mr. William was very "on-point" from the very first moment. He was very punctual that even arrived 1 hour earlier. Once here, no pressure to depart early because he was here early just give us another option. Vehicle was very clean, price was right and service was perfect. Overall experience we are very please. Will recommend and used for any further needs.

Williams RDU Taxi is my one and only go-to for transportation to the airport. William is not only reliable, but also extremely personable. I am not sure when he sleeps as he has picked me up before dawn and after dark! His rates are reasonable, his car is clean and comfortable, and the service is impeccable. I am so grateful that I found William's taxi service--he has earned the highest rating I could give.

Visiting Raleigh, North Carolina area near Triangle Area. I found Williams RDU Taxi . John and I scheduled taxi transportation from the airport. His cab service from the airport was great. Very reliable and on time as scheduled. Picked up my friend then took us in his taxi to our hotel. Even called him for a ride back to the aiport. I will definetely use John and Williams RDU Taxi for all my car service in New Jersey, NYC and Baltimore. A great all around car service!
