Stephen and his crew were fantastic. Beginning with the booking process. They did a great job of guiding me through the procedure of getting our panel upgrades scheduled. They showed their expertise and craftsmanship during the installation process by carefully dismantling the existing wooden panel cover without destroying the materials or the drywall. They were on time, on budget, cleaned up when they left (including cutting large pieces of pipe so they would fit in the garbage), and were excellent at communicating with us. I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Half the house lost power while I wired ethernet cable from the router to a room upstairs through the attic. I called Bianco and a very patient lady, Phoebe answered the phone. I was called back by Steve right away and he asked me for a couple of simple things, possibly to save me time and money. I liked immediately that he was upfront and transparent.
He came the next day and went right to work. He wasn't trying to get me to sign on some dotted line. He went right to the panel and started diagnosing and poking and fixing, with not one word about the price. Steve just wanted to fix the problem
