Concerned at times when asked to give a referral….. yet not when it comes to Joseph of UpGrade Electric in Rocky Point, he took great care when assisting a friend my mine who lives out of town’s parents that are elderly. He quickly found out why their lights were only functioning intermittently. It was such a relief to have such a respectful, sharp troubleshooter as Joseph service these wonderful folks, he made them so happy, and it was a relief to their son who is far away, not to mention a decent price also. Once again UpGrade Electric

We contacted Joe two years ago to hang a huge heavy antique chandelier for our dining room. He did a wonderful job and after we saw him do it we wondered how many other people would've been able to properly install that light since it needed braces and other hardware he ran out to Home Depot to buy to hold it up. It was no simple task and Joe knew exactly what he was doing. Then on to our next problem which was our outdoor lighting fixtures on the posts by the front gate that had a short and it was all underground wiring. Joe again came to the rescue. He traced and found the problem and fixed it
